ZZZZZZZZZZZZ...........gotta admit....this section was boring.....was it because I'm not a librarian so this stuff really isnt "all that" for me? I still read it. Yeah, I read it....and what did I get from it?? I'll tell you...Libraries are changing. They aren't just archive houses anymore. Librarians working today need to know about the web and all the changes going on every day. But more than that, a library is an essential part of a community, and we see that here everyday. No matter what happens, we know folks will be in for the internet, and some for the newspapers, and some just for the company.

Think about how libraries have changed?? No more annoying filthy card catalog, now you can look up a book, place it on order (reserve). You can do this all from home, without a librarian, and not even at your home library. So, isnt that Library2.0? how everythings changing?
